Advodcare has been around for 20 years, but it's only really gotten popular over the past 10. Our country goes through cycles where we want to get in shape and try the next new product or supplement.

My question is what's actually good for you? I know that since I've cut certain things out of my diet I feel and look so much better. I will tell you right now that I don't personally sell Advocare products, but I do use them. I've been taking what's called Mass Impact for about a year. I mix it with a Spark and that's what I use to fuel my pre-workout energy. Of course I'm eating healthier foods and exercising regularly which leads to good overall results.

Ok, back to the point of all this. Have you had Spark before and more importantly have you tired Watermelon Spark? Thoughts or comments on Watermelon Spark?
