What are the Best Neighborhoods to Trick or Treat?

So we wanted to know what the best neighborhoods are in Yakima for Trick or Treating based on the least walking, best candy, best safety and per Gunner the least amount of tooth brushes given out.
Some of the neighborhoods that are great places to Trick or Treat are:
Yakima Avenue between 16th and 40th
56th and Tieton – The Tancara Neighborhood
The Valley Mall
Mike Olson for the Trunk or Treat
