What are the Best Neighborhoods to Trick or Treat?

Comstock[/caption]There was a national survey on the best cities and neighborhoods to Trick or Treat and Seattle came in at #4 with the Loyal Heights and Phinney Ridge neighborhoods.

So we wanted to know what the best neighborhoods are in Yakima for Trick or Treating based on the least walking, best candy, best safety and per Gunner the least amount of tooth brushes given out.

Some of the neighborhoods that are great places to Trick or Treat are:

56th and Tieton - The Tancara Neighborhood
The Valley Mall
