What’s a Creative Way to Ask Someone to a Dance?

School's back, so that means high school dances are at the forefront of the minds of teenagers. Who will I take? How will I ask them?

My son Benjamin asked his girlfriend Hailey by blowing up 15 bags of balloons (with help from Hailey's sister), putting them in her bedroom and hiding in them. He popped out of all the balloons holding a sign that said, "Please go to Homecoming dance with me!"

She said, "yes."
