A good friend baked my Girlfriend and I some incredible lemon crinkle cookies. I could seriously eat like 5 to 7 in one setting. Today we got down to the last cookie and I'm debating if I should eat it or give save it for my girl?What would you do?

Here is a recipe for these tasty cookies, and on a rainy day like this baking sounds pretty good.

Lemon Crinkle Cookies
Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 10 mins Total time: 15 mins
Serves: 24 cookies

Ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed (8 ounce container)
½ to 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky!
Form dough into tablespoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 minute on baking sheet; then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
