Would You Sign A ‘Love Contract?’

Companies are making employees who start dating each other in the workplace sign "love contracts."

The contract basically protects the company in case there is a falling out.

My husband and I met in the workplace. He was my boss, so I understand firsthand how a "love contract" might be necessary. Luckily, our relationship didn't go south while we worked together, but I have witnessed this happening to my friends. It was so bad for one of my friends that both of them quit their jobs.
