Yakima Says Goodbye To “Mr. Talk”

Memorials and funerals are never easy for anyone, but I knew that Dale Carpenters memorial would be tears and laughter. That's exactly how it was and the way Dale would want it.

He was a man who touched so many lives and did so much for the community, so it was no surprise that the church was packed.

I loved when everyone was given a chance to speak and tell their "Dale story." He never lost his sense of humor even during the trying times.

He never stopped giving to others and doing all he could to help whoever was in need. That is the lesson we need to learn from Dale and carry on. We need to give to others and do all we can to help the less fortunate.
