Yakima Valley Fair and Rodeo Starts Wednesday!

Yep this week, you will start your weekend early.

“Why is that?” you ask.

It’s because the Yakima Valley Fair and Rodeo in Grandview gets under way  Wednesday and goes  through Saturday.

It’s the 84th annual event and it takes place at Country Park Fairgrounds, 812 Wallace Way. It includes nightly entertainment, rodeo, team pulling, car show, community parade, livestock, arts/crafts and horticulture. The fair opens Wednesday at noon and 8 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. 6:30pm - The Grandview Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to attend and/or participate in the Yakima Valley Fair Parade. The parade will start at Grandview Middle School. For information www.visitgrandview.org.
