1460 ESPN Yakima To Broadcast CWAC, Big 9 Boys Basketball Championship Games This Weekend

As we have all season, 1460 ESPN Yakima (KUTI) will continue to follow Central Washington Boys Basketball into the District playoffs.

Veteran play-by-play broadcaster Mike Bastinelli will have the call Friday night for the Class 2A CWAC championship game between Selah (18-3) and Wapato (16-4), live from Wapato High School. Pregame at 7:15 p.m., tip at 7:30, presented by Integrity Restoration.

Saturday night brings the Big 9 Conference championship. Davis (17-3) and West Valley (14-6) currently have the #1 and #2 seeds, with Eisenhower (9-11), Sunnyside (8-11), Moses Lake (12-8) and Wenatchee (8-12) also vying for a trip to the regionals. Pregame at 6:45, tip-off at 7:00 p.m.
