Fans of innovative home designs, the latest in energy-efficient living, and stunning custom homes have been waiting all year for the annual Tour of Homes event from the Central Washington Home Builders Association. 

What Is the CWHBA Tour of Homes?

This event lets you step inside fabulous homes in the Yakima Valley that have been custom built or remodeled and are so visually impressive, they've earned a spot on the tour. A map is provided with each ticket.

INSIDERS TIP: Some people like to attend the event by getting a friend to be their designated driver; others carpool or rent either a local party bus or limo.

Plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and construction companies as well as architects and interior designers from around the Valley are proud to show off their hard labor that they've created for their upscale clientele.

There are two weekends for the 2025 CWHBA Tour of Homes:

• Saturday & Sunday, September 13th & 14th
• Saturday & Sunday, September 20th & 21st

The Chefs on Tour event** is also a fun thing to do in the Yakima Valley; it's happening Thursday, September 18th.
