Seven. Million Dollars.

According to Joe Pompliano, entrepreneur, investor and sports guy, This year's commercials are costing companies seven million dollars, up half a million from last year. And the price of these commercials have gone up and up from the previous years.

I couldn't imagine spending a million dollars on anything all at once, let alone seven million dollars to get people to hopefully talk about you the next day. Thinking about that, if I had seven million dollars to spend on something it sure wouldn't be a 30 commercial on network television.

This 1,500,000 building in Naches. I say building though Zillow lists it as a 'single residence'. This place has 19 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. I mean, unless you're some TV show your YouTube channel where you live with all your siblings and their extended families and all that, perhaps. From the looks of the other photos it appears they use it more for a banquet hall for weddings and stuff like that. Not bad! Could be a way to reserve a few rooms for yourself to live in and use the rest of the place to make your money back.

This $1,100,000 home could also be yours. Looks pretty nice on the outside and great on the inside, too. I love that it's 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom. That means every bedroom can have a bathroom and an extra for guests to use so they never find out how gross you truly are. This home also seems a little more in-town being a little past 96th and Summtiview.

This $899,000 home isn't a million dollars but sure looks like it could be. 5 bedroom, 3 bath and, best of all, it's across Highway 12 from Zac's Zzas so when pizza is calling (and when isn't it?) it's just a pineapple's throw away.

Added up, you could buy all of those for $4,649,000 and still have plenty left over to all the furniture you need.

Or you can spend it on a 30 second commercial.

Many of the included towns jump out at the casual observer as popular summer-rental spots--the Ozarks' Branson, Missouri, or Arizona's Lake Havasu--it might surprise you to dive deeper into some quality-of-life offerings beyond the beach and vacation homes. You'll likely pick up some knowledge from a wide range of Americana: one of the last remaining 1950s-style drive-ins in the Midwest; a Florida town that started as a Civil War veteran retirement area; an island boasting some of the country's top public schools and wealth-earners right in the middle of a lake between Seattle and Bellevue; and even a California town containing much more than Johnny Cash's prison blues.
