A Lawsuit Straight To the Groin

This is a lawsuit for the book, this time it's a batting cage that is being taken to the courts for an accident that happened while a grown man was in the cages.

When I say a grown man, I am not talking about someone in his late 20's or 30's or even 40's. No, this was a gentleman at the ripe age of 52 and his name is Ethan Brecher and he had been working on his swing all summer in the batting cages at a much slower speed.

One day he felt ready to take on the 75 mph pitching machine, so he stepped in. Dropped his coins in the machine took one step and POW took a 75MPH baseball straight to the groin! Mr. Brecher was taken to the hospital via ambulance where he was evaluated for bruising and internal bleeding, and unfortunately, he may be losing his testical as a result. He said that the pain he had when he got hit with the ball "It was the worst pain. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was like a billion. It was unimaginable".

He is now suing the batting cage for $100,000 and is blaming the incident on faulty equipment due to not having enough time to get set up between inserting the coin and the machine pitching the ball.
