A Teacher Takes Teenage Slang to Heart

A teacher in Massachusetts took it upon himself to learn the slang that he would overhear students using. But he didn't just learn the words ... he wrote them down!

The 45-year-old teacher has started a running Google docs document. When he hears new slang terms being used, he will ask students what the words mean and then he writes it all down!

The teacher says he is fascinated with the new words the Gen Z kids come up with, and he likes to learn how they use them.
