Aaron Watson’s ‘Kiss That Girl Goodbye’ Lyric Video Captures the Essence of Leaving
Aaron Watson's "Kiss The Girl Goodbye" lyric video features the bustle of traveling, from airplane to car, with captivating visuals.
"If ever was a good day / It's the day that boy can kiss that girl goodbye /
Just like a red-eye flight / Two tail lights in the night / You're gon' spread your wings and fly / That boy can kiss that girl goodbye," Watson sings.
The Texas native will be performing the new song live across the country on his coast to coast headlining tour that spans more than forty dates through Memorial Day. "Kiss That Girl Goodbye" is from his forthcoming full-length album Red Bandana, set to release in 2019 on his own Big Label Records.
The Texas native has created his own brand of country music as an independent artist. His last studio album Vaquero hit the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart along with reaching at No. 2 on the Top Country Albums chart. Vaquero is the follow up to his history-making album The Underdog, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, making Watson the first-ever independent, male country artist to debut in the top spot.
