Hi I'm Micah, but I've gone by Cefus since ever since I signed on with 92.9 The Bull in November of 2000. I've done just about every job here at the radio station for the past 15 years. I've also had the honor of being a 3-term mayor of Yakima. I am married to the love of my life, Kristina who has the same love and passion for country music. I am also a life long fan of WWE, and huge supporter of Goldust! I love the Seahawks and spending time with those I love.

In a effort to allow Kenny The Elf some space, a

I'm not sure what I was thinking sending Christmas gifts that are for my wife to our house this year, but I did. Bad news is that she saw one of them! Now it kind of ruins the surprise, first that Santa Claus is real and second that I actually listen to her and bought her those expensive sexy knee high boots from Nordstrom. With all that said, here are 5 things NOT TO DO in the month of December.

Next Up: Cyber Monday. Do You Prefer Online to Local Shopping?
Too much craziness going on around the holidays, especially when it comes to Christmas shopping.
