The Best Lake in Washington May Not Be the One You’re Thinking
When you think of the best lake in Washington, what's the first lake that comes to your mind?
Around here you may think of Rimrock Lake or Bumping Lake.
Wanapum Lake out by Vantage is always a good time for all.
Lake Chelan is a favorite by many as well.
Moses Lake? I mean, maybe?
But what is the best lake in Washington. A lake so great that you can do just about anything.
Sure, a lake is a lake but there are some lakes I wouldn't want to have my kids swim in.
There are other lakes that may not be the best spots for fishing.
We need a lake that can do it all and, according to this list online, there is one lake that they seemed the best.
What is the best lake in Washington State?
According to Cheapism, the best lake was listed as Lake Crescent.
Located just west of Port Angeles at the top of the Olympic peninsula at Olympic National Park you'll find this lake that seems perfect for just about anything lake related.
Where's what Cheapism said about it:
Located on the Olympic Peninsula in northwest Washington, Lake Crescent is known for its deep, turquoise waters. If you tire of fishing, swimming, and boating, be sure to check out the Spruce Railroad Trail. The mostly flat 8-mile round-trip hike is one of the few in Olympic National Park that allows dogs and bikes.
Fair enough.
