In this digital age, we're bombarded with thousands and thousands of images, messages, photos, videos, and advertisements each and every day. Just a quick glance at your favorite social media feed provides overstimulation for every set of eyes and every brain. Is any of this good for us? A word of caution with this one. It was funny until I tried it and it worked. Unfortunately, it was the pizza delivery guy and it cost me an extra-large tip for him to make a second trip.
