How Do You Get Rid of a Peacock?

We've chatted about how to get rid of skunks and ants, but this is a first. How do you get rid of a peacock?

A co-worker (John, our digital guy) has had an ongoing battle with his neighborhood peacock for the past few years. None of the neighbors claim him, but they feed him. One neighbor even made him a little heated shelter for the winter.

The peacock gets lovesick this time of year, which makes him a bit of a pest. The big blue bird has cracked John's car's windshield trying to fight its own reflection and makes that annoyingly loud peacock cry (eeYOWW, eeYOWW) all day and all hours of the night.

Any advice for John on how to get rid of the neighborhood peacock?
