Fair Rides: This coming weekend is a big deal. I happen to know first-hand that most kids living in Selah are planning to head to the Selah Community Days Weekend festival straight after school on Thursday. These kids are gonna be like, "School's out! Do not stop off at home, do not collect 200 dollars, go straight to...Carnival Rides!" The carnival rides run from Thursday thru Sunday, at 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Wixon Park (216 S 3rd St).

Community Dinner: Stop by the Selah Civic Center (216 S 1st St) from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and come hungry. Meal options will include barbecued beef sandwiches, hot dogs, cole slaw, pop, and chips.
