Martina McBride will honor Aretha Franklin

Martina McBride will honor Aretha Franklin during a special segment on the Grammy Awards this Sunday. Other singers in the tribute will include Yolanda Adams, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson and Florence Welch. The segment will feature individual and collective performances of Franklin’s classic hits. Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert are the only other country acts set to take the stage Sunday night and Miranda is feeling the pressure. Not really about the awards, I mean nominations are huge, you know, so… I’m more nervous about singing live and not falling.” In related news, Jewel will also present an award during the Grammy ceremony. Additional presenters announced yesterday include Marc Anthony, Jamie Foxx, John Mayer, Pauley Perrette and Donnie Wahlberg.
