Michael Phelps Snubs Local Reporters Arriving Home [VIDEO]

Michael Phelps just arrived home from Rio and his local hometown news team was on hand to greet him. The young news reporter was looking for the scoop of a lifetime, but got a little more than he bargained for.

It's like a page from an Anchorman script as the on-site reporter and news anchors keep a brave face as things for south ... fast

I had this happen to me once with Lou Ferrigno so I'm quite aware of what everyone was feeling. It's a bummer but also slightly humorous.

I hope this brings some awareness to when its the appropriate time to talk to a celebrity even though my co-host Michele would disagree with me, she thinks anytime is a good time for a chat.
