Just when you thought we were in the clear for the year, Mother Nature has decided it's not done yet to frost us with those frozen flakes of unfortunateness. As most of the snow has melted over Yakima, only leaving piles of ice in some parts around town, it appears as we'll get more snow this weekend.

Not a lot of snow. Probably not even enough to need to shovel the sidewalk, but snow all the same.

Yakima is forecasting more snow between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. with any snow that may happen around 10 a.m.
The temperature during this time will be just above freezing around 35 degrees so even if it does fall, it won't last.

Though Friday is looking for a high near 50 it'll be a little chilly on Saturday with highs only near 35 or so, depending on where you are.

Other surrounding town looks like Selah might have rain and snow mix, Ellensburg should have a little snow as well and it looks like freezing rain in coming to Sunnyside, Wapato and Toppenish.

Sunday looks to be back in the clear. Hopefully, this little setback won't ruin your Saturday plans.

Of course, if your plans were to stay indoors, then you may not have even noticed.
