Yakima resident Zeb Ruff is a displaced, dyed-in-the-wool fan of the New Orleans Saints. You can likely imagine the angst and excitement he went through last night (9/9) when his team pulled out a victory from the jaws of defeat in the 2019 kickoff of Monday Night Football.
