Police Think Kidnapped Boy Headed to Washington

Memphis police are on the search for a kidnapped boy they believe could be headed to Washington state.

Phillip Stephen White III was abducted by his biological father, who does not have custody. Phillip also goes by "Trey" and was abducted last Wednesday at about 2:45 p.m.

He's 10 years old, 4 feet tall and weighs about 83 pounds with brown hair and eyes.

The father is listed as 6'3 and 410 pounds, possibly has glasses and a beard. He's got brown hair and hazel eyes.
