‘Pop-Up’ Bookstore Looks To Benefit Yakima’s YMCA Camp Dudley

I've heard about "pop-up" restaurants -- eateries that magically appear and then disappear -- but how about a "pop-up" bookstore?

It seems Yakima is in for a unique experience starting Saturday as the Camp Dudley Bookstore gets underway.

The Camp Dudley Bookstore will be right next to Ron's Coin and Book at 8 N. Third St., and doors open this Saturday at 11. The store will have thousands of books for sale and your old book donations are gladly accepted for a great cause.

All proceeds benefit The Camp Dudley Scholarship Fund for the Yakima YMCA. The book prices are great with paperbacks starting at 75 cents and $1.50 and they will have children's books, too.
