Local man is beating the heat and going for a ride to fight Cancer!

Since 1985, the Yakima chapter of the American Cancer Society has put on a 24-hour "Relay For Life" to raise funds to fight the disease as well as honor the memory of those who have succumbed to it and celebrate survivors.

Relay for Life, spearheaded by the American Cancer Society, managed to raise some big dollars over the weekend even with weather being less than satisfactory.
