A DNA match has linked 21-year-old Timothy Harrison to the death of 58-year-old Linda Berukoff

His attorney's this week were successful in convincing a judge to grant Kohberger's request to look at training records of three police Officers.

25-year old David Montes is being held in the Yakima County jail.

The suspect, 28 year old Bryan Kohberger arrived back in Idaho on Wednesday after being arrested at his parents home in Pennsylvania last week.
