Remember Los Hernandez winning that James Beard Foundation award a couple of months ago? Well, now they need our help packing out the restaurant for a video that will be shown at the National Awards Gala in Chicago this May.
Yesterday Gunner and I where treated to the best tamales EVER! Rachel from Los Hernandez was kind enough to bring in asparagus, chicken, and pork tamales. The tamales are made fresh daily. The asparagus tamales are seasonal and this will probably be the last weekend that they make them.
