Voters Referendum 101 and Initiative 2081 are both aimed at rolling back a Senate bill signed into law by Governor Jay Inslee.

More than 126,000 ballots are expected to be issued in the county but Ross says he only expects about 30 percent to be returned.

Last week lawmakers again gave unanimous approval to the bill, 95-0.
