Soooooo I had a traumatizing baking experience, so I don't do it often. But this recipe..it may just be my saving grace.

Ok, before I give you the recipe let me tell you about my baking nightmare.

When I was in high school, I made brownies for a class. Well these brownies LOOKED delicious, but when someone tried to cut into them, the plastic fork BROKE!!! It was so embarrassing, and I don't think I've baked anything that wasn't out of a can since then.

But then, I found this recipe...and I've found the secret! The less ingredients the better! So if you're like me and are too afraid to bake...you're golden (brown) with this recipe--see what I did there...

Here's what you need:

  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 Tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Here's what you do:

Mix in all the ingredients above in a bowl. Make 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet (I used a little Pam so they wouldn't stick). Use a fork's tines to flatten them out --yeah that's what they're called 'tines'! lol

Bake them cookies at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool and enjoy!!!!
