The Smoked ‘Whiskey Heat’ Wings are Worth Ordering in Yakima

We were in Union Gap to watch a movie at the Majestic which brought up another common question, "where are we going to go out to eat while we're over here?" There are so many great eating options around the Valley Mall area so we started naming them off one by one.

We figured that since we had about an hour before the film we'd eat somewhere close so we opted for a favorite chain of ours, Famous Dave's. You can't go wrong with various types of meat and I love the beer selection they have on tap.

And because we were in the area to watch the new Trolls movie, I could probably use a drink before the show.

It's been a while since I was last at Famous Dave's and saw they now had smoked wings. At least it was advertised on the little standing brochure thing that talks about newer items and stuff like that.

For every reason, that sounded good enough. I do love wings and something low maintenance and easy to deliver, I was okay with that. We also just got a few other appetizers to share and I mostly just want finger foods as it is.

They asked if I wanted Whiskey Sweet or Whiskey Heat for an additional option for my smoked wings. I didn't know it came with those options. I do like a little zing so opened for the heat.

I didn't notice as much heat, but I did enjoy these quite a bit. Fun to see places with smoked anything on the menu as smoking meats is such a process and something I can't just do from home as I don't have the equipment.
