Mushrooms are one of those foods that people either love them or can't stand them. I'm definitely in that first category.

Stuffed mushrooms are one of those appetizers I don't always order as you never seem to get enough for what you pay for them. However, we found some crab-stuffed mushrooms that were amazing and totally worth it. I'm already thinking of them and I haven't even finished typing up this article.

Where to find these specific crab-stuffed mushrooms?

Although there's a few places in Yakima to find crab-stuffed mushrooms, these specific ones I'm talking about came from Second Street Grill. One of my favorite restaurants in town that I don't visit nearly enough.

And, though, their entrees are always always a highlight as they prepare dishes you won't find anywhere else in Yakima or even Seattle for that matter, these crab-stuffed mushrooms sure impressed us.

Now, to be honest, you get four. Yep, you only get four, but four is all you'll need. Especially when sharing with 2 or 3 other people.

These were not your basic, small, button mushrooms but giant. Like, the size of a silver dollar and a huge pile of crab on top. They definitely didn't skimp on crab.

Then the kicker was it was topped with a Hollandaise Sauce which is that eggy, buttery sauce often used in eggs benedict but I never thought to use it for anything other than that. Why not? It's great! It should be used more often and in more dishes.

These were pretty amazing and if you happen to see them on the menu, don't shy away. They're incredible.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
