What Do Down Syndrome Kids Say To Expectant Mother When She Discovers Her Child Will Be Born With It?

A Down syndrome advocacy group recently received a letter form an expectant mom who was informed that her son would be born with the affliction.

Her letter read:
"I'm expecting a baby.  I've discovered he has Down syndrome.  I'm scared.  What kind of life will my child have?"

The letter was answered with the following video entitled "Dear Future Mom" and was posted on March 21, 2014 -- 'World Down syndrome Day'

Note: About 92% of pregnancies in the United Kingdom and Europe with a diagnosis of Down syndrome are aborted. In the United States termination rates are around 67%.
