Women Rule as Washington State is 7th Best Place for Women
March is Women's History Month so, in honor of that, WalletHub took into account every state and ranked them based on women's economic and social well-being as well as women's health care and safety. As it turns out, Washington isn't a terrible place to be if you're a woman.
Washington State was ranked 7th place.
The top 5 include Vermont, New York, Massachusettes, Minnesota, and Connecticut.
The worst place to be a woman would be Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Alabama. All in the south. Interesting.

Washington state comes in 5th place for women's life expectancy at birth.
Washington state comes in 8th place for share of women in poverty.
Washington state comes in 9th place for share of woman who voted in the 2020 presidential election.
Then, down the list, Washington state came in 30th place of high school graduation rate for women.
