Yakima Crossfit Isn’t At All What You Might Think

Not that I NEED it or anything, but the other day I wandered down to Yakima Crossfit, 730 N. 16th Ave., and took a look around.

I'd always figured it was a place where the extremely fit worked out -- you know: Muscle-heads who spoke in grunts and washed down their energy bars with power drinks.
