Jason Michael Carroll's Yakima show is this Sunday (Dec. 4) at the Seasons Performance Hall, but we're already getting the "pre-func" rolling.

This morning (Nov. 29), members of American Honey -- the Yakima Valley band that won the right to open for Carroll's all-acoustic Sunday night show -- were in to visit the Morning Bull Pen.

And Audre Belt and the rest of the group sound as excited as we are for the concert.

Yakima's Belt is the lead vocalist for American Honey, which also includes lead guitarist Bill Cron of Yakima, bassist Mark Baysinger of Grandview, drummer Brian Parker of Sunnyside and keyboardist Rob Tranch of Yakima.

The group plays country/rock as a full band or as an acoustic duo. (You can listen to one of their songs, "Goodbye Tonight," in the audio/video above.)

Tickets are going fast for Sunday's program, but you can save yourself a seat through Brown Paper Tickets. Some VIP tickets are still available -- the $40 price includes reserved seating, a meet-and-greet with Carroll, appetizers and wine from 5:30 p.m.

Doors open to the public at 6:30 p.m. and the music starts at 7.
