Fans will have to wait until August to hear the full versions of Brantley Gilbert and Justin Moore’s Motley Crue covers, but both singers have released teasers early. Gilbert sings ‘Girls, Girls, Girls,’ while Moore plans to make ‘Home Sweet Home’ his next single.

This isn’t the first time a country star has released ‘Home Sweet Home.’ Carrie Underwood cut the song and released it to iTunes in 2009. It was used as the send-off song for the eighth season of ‘American Idol,’ and she performed it during the show’s finale.

Moore’s version also stays true to the 1991 original. Along with Gilbert’s cover, 13 other Motley Crue hits will make the ‘Nashville Outlaws: A Tribute to Motley Crue’ album when it’s released on August 19. The video below shows Vince Neil and Crue bassist Nikki Sixx talking about Gilbert’s version. Both men show appreciation for Gilbert’s vocal performance.
