Some of the Best Authentic Tacos in WA are Found at a Gas Station?!
Living in the Pacific Northwest there is no shortage of great Mexican food. Not just Mexican food in general but you can find food found from different regions of Mexico at many places in Washington state and especially the Yakima Valley. There's one spot that many locals know has the hook up for great tacos and burritos. You won't find it at a full-on restaurant or even a taco truck, but at a gas station.
That's right, a gas station.
Sometimes known as Bullseye Burger and sometimes just simply known as the 'Firing Center Gas Station' as it's the gas station heading towards the firing center next to the freeway in Selah, they have a lot more than just burgers. They have great Mexican food as well including burritos and tacos and they don't skim on the ingredients. Tons of meat whether it's beef or chicken or whatever you're having you're not walking away hungry.
The best option is to get a party pack of food. Just, like, 20 chicken tacos, 20 carne asado tacos, tons of chips and salsa and a bunch of chicken and beef burritos. Even better when it's brought to your office and the company pays for it like in my case when I took this photo and asked where it came from so I know where to go next time I need a bunch of tacos all at once for me. For a party? I mean, sure if you call the Season 2 of Wednesday or the next Stranger Things or whenever Crunchy Roll brings the Season 2 of Chainsaw Man, absolutely. I can't wait.
