I don't know how this went unnoticed for so long, but Lucas slipped an homage to Disney into the "Star Wars" movie "The Empire Strikes Back"
George Lucas has been the master of 'Star Wars' since its inception and though spin-off cartoons and games have been the norm for years, the film series seemed done with after six movies. Disney has just purchased Lucasfilm for over four billion dollars, and have just announced that they're planning on a new movie for sometime in 2015.
May 4, 2012 Today is National Star Wars Day and I'm one of the biggest Star Wars fan in Washington State. I fell in love with the movies since my Dad showed them to me when I was a little kid (I'm still a big kid.) This is a hard question for any fan to answer because there are so many great characters in Star Wars, but it's a cop out to say I like them all. So use the force and choose one!
