In the Bull Studio we have a pull-out of all the artists performing at the Central Washington State Fair this year.  I knew all the names for the most part- Uncle Kracker, Kellie Pickler, Hinder, everybody basically...except for Brett Eldredge.

He's a newbie from Illinois who fell in love with country music after he saw his cousin playing with the Sidemen at the Station Inn in Nashville. They pulled him up on stage and he sang "Amarillo by Morning" and the rest was history.

Cefus and Tom played my his first single "Raymond" and I just about cried. I'm sure you've heard it before, but it's about a guy working in a nursing home who befriends an Alzheimer's patient who thinks that he's her deceased son Raymond who died in the war. I found out his grandmother has Alzheimer's disease as well and I guess he might have been thinking of her when he helped write the song.

He's going to be performing on October 1 at 7:30 and it should be an awesome show! If you haven't heard of Brett Eldredge either, here's his latest single "It Ain't Gotta Be Love."
