It is fun to try different craft brews from around the country. I have to admit, though, that the best ones are in our own backyard. I consider Montana part of our backyard.

If I had money, I would own every piece of crazy furniture I came across! A cannabis chair might be one of them.

The fair food is always yummy and fattening. The best fair food I have ever tried this time is deep fried Oreos.

The Central Washington State Fair has been a blast this year. And we are only two days in. They are really keeping up with the grounds, too. The water truck was the first ride on went on this year!

Everything was perfect for Saturday's 56th annual Sunfair Parade in downtown Yakima -- temperature in the 70s, blue skies overhead and miles of bands, classic cars, beauty queens and firetrucks easing their way down Yakima Avenue.

The Paint Nite I attended this week was great -- we painted a huge Seattle Seahawk, and all proceeds from the event benefited Yakima's VFW.

The Central Washington State Fair always has something different. This year, they're offering hands-on sewing classes.

"Hey, honey, I am bored. Let's go drink and dance at Taco Bell," said no one ever. And hopefully never.

Live blues music puts a smile on my face. I love watching any live music!

I wish I could give back wonderful gifts like I have been given. Half of the things in my house is stuff that people have given me.
