Beef Stew Sounds Really Good Today! [RECIPE]

Cold mornings call for warm lunches and some beef stew sounds really good right now. When my Grandma is not around to make me some I have to do it on my own. I did find a killer recipe that uses seasonal winter vegetables. The website all recipes dot com even has a digital checklist and a video (for us guys who don't know what we are doing.)
