Whistlin' Jack's Outpost Lodge

It's been on my bucket list for a while to check-out what they boast on their website as, "Your Central Cascades Getaway". The Fireside Lounge and Restaurant is what used to be the main lodge built in the early 1900's and with it being located right off of Highway 410, travelers from all over the World stay or stop for a bite to eat while taking in the the peaceful mountain views.

Wineries

Which one to choose first? Or why even choose? There are so many different spots you could book a number of wine tours with the most delicious appetizers and gorgeous views. No need to drive yourself, we're being fancy right now, order a limo that picks you up and drops you off!

Staycation Like the Best of Them

What's better than a spa day? Booking yourself into a fancy hotel room and spending an entire day at the spa. Then maybe the next day you lounge in the jetted tub right inside your room, order room service and binge on shows or catch up on a book you've never gotten around to. You deserve to pamper yourself and places like Hotel Maison in Yakima or the Cozy Rose Inn in Grandview, WA are great spots to get started.

The Little Soap Maker

If you haven't made a visit downtown this spot is gorgeous with a stone fireplace that feels so calming any time of year. The selection of hand poured soaps, bath bombs and many other products for every type are perfect for upping your pampering game. Grab a fancy coffee and create a unique scent that will remind you, you're a rock star.

Restaurants on Parade

Start yourself off at Reno on the Runway, where you can plot out your full adventure on a full stomach while watching the planes take off and land. Next outing book a table at Crafted and order the chef's menu, course after course of delicate and delicious flavors on an ever changing menu. Another night pick a movie to watch at The Orion and come hungry, order an Uber so you can eat and drink to your hearts content and be dropped off without any issues.

It's important to eat, stay hydrated and take care of yourself. You're never too busy for the things you love so now it's just a matter of choosing what to do first.
