‘The Last of Us’: Every Easter Egg in Season 2 Episode 2

As always, The Last of Us is faithful to the video games (specifically The Last of Us Part II for the most part). But the latest episode of Season 2, “Through the Valley,” does add new scenes and change some old ones from the way some very momentous events play out from Part II.

In our latest Last of Us video, we’ll break down all of Season 2 Episode 2 for, you and discuss all the video game Easter eggs and Naughty Dog references you might have missed. We’ll point out the symbolism of the winter storm, compare the behavior of the infected to real-life fungus and mushrooms, and discuss that shocking ending (of course). And we’ll also point out even more Easter eggs from the Season Premiere that we missed the first time around.
