Justin Timberlake Rides Back to His Roots for CMA Awards

Now it all makes sense! Justin Timberlake will take the stage at the 49th annual CMA awards with newcomer Chris Stapleton in a rare appearance at the country awards show.

But Justin's roots aren't that far from Nashville -- the Memphis native used to go by Justin Randall years ago when he was competing on "Star Search." The young performer, dressed to the nines in western attire and pulling out all the stops to advance in the competition, surprisingly lost to a young lady (who BTW hasn't had half the success of Timberlake) on the show.
