Like most men, Gunner is usually not very observant. You know the type, they don't notice when you get your hair done, change up your makeup or clothes. You have to point out these things to them in an attempt to get a compliment.

This morning as Gunner and I were chatting off-air, talking about how his daughter is feeling and how her doctor appointment went, he abruptly stops and says, "Are you tired?" I said, "Yes, I'm always tired. I'm a working mom." Then I asked, "Why?" He said, "Because you have bags under your eyes."

What? My first thought was, "Crap, I must really look tired if Gunner noticed bags under my eyes!"

He then came back into the studio and mentioned it on air. He asked if that was rude of him to say?

Yes, plus it was the way he said it. A person's tone can change how something is said.

Has your husband or a guy said something to upset you or dug himself into a hole?
