My kid and I were doing some quick shopping at Siam Asian Market in Chalet Place off 56th and Summitview. On the windows they had menu items from Bangkok OMG which is located on South 1st. I asked them if there were plans of Bangkok OMG opening a second location in that area. They said there wasn't as of this time, but he pointed out across the parking lot to this food truck.

I've never seen this before!

Where did it come from?
How long has it been there?
What's on the menu?

Aunty Jam's Asian Kitchen, huh? Well, it's not named after an existing restaurant.

I knew I had to find out more.

It was chilly outside so something warm was always welcome.

I took a glance at the menu and saw a few familiar items. I decided to order a few things.

I saw they had pineapple fried rice as well as crispy chicken so went for those. I also asked about a few other items on the menu, but those weren't ready just yet as they were new, or maybe they were already sold out for the day, I'm not sure. I didn't question it.

She said he'd be about 15 minutes and cooked everything right there, fresh. It wasn't premade then heated up or anything.

No issues from me, both were fantastic.

I asked, as I was grabbing my food. She had only been there a few days. I asked if she was always there and it sounded like this food truck may move around a bit but if you see this red food truck, it may be worth stopping in for pineapple fried rice or whatever fits your fancy.
