Saturday’s Rascal Rodeo Lets Disabled Be Cowboys, Cowgirls

If you know someone with special needs who wants to be a cowboy or cowgirl, take them to the Toppenish rodeo grounds this Saturday from 9-10 a.m.

It's the annual Rascal Rodeo for people of all ages with disabilities.

They can ride horses, milk and rope objects, and experience being a cowgirl or cowboy.
