Seattle Seahawks Do a Great Thing At Home Games: ‘Heroes In The Classroom’

If you are a Seahawks fan and you have a the pleasure of going to one of their games, then you will see what they do up on their big screens. They always honor a schoolteacher hero. What a fantastic idea.There are a ton of teachers that I would nominate for this award. Band teachers, English teachers and even the math and science teachers -- even though those are not my favorite subjects. But, history is one of my favorites, and when a schoolteacher can make history fun, then that is a schoolteacher hero.

What teacher would you nominate? I nominate Bryan Dibble from Selah Junior High School. He truly knows what he is doing and he makes learning history a lot of fun!
