Yakima is hosting the annual Washington State Police Canine Association Seminar.

Authorities want you to make sure you know where the most dangerous offenders live.

Toppenish Police were called to the 200 block of Pearne Street at about 5:00 am Thursday.

Reports are that 4 people were shot and killed which included the shooter. Officers were called to the area at about 5:00 am Thursday.

The dog bodies have been found between March 16 and August 20.

Yakima County Sheriff's officials say Deputies were called at about 1:30 am after a report of a body was found on Alder Street near State Route 22 in Toppenish.

29-year-old John Raczykowski is behind bars after being arrested in Oregon.

Specialized equipment is also on order or being installed as well.

Yakima Police Chief Matthew Murray says officers were called to Sarge Hubbard Park at about 7:30 pm Saturday by the father of the child who told authorities the child had been missing for 15 minutes.

A family member called for help saying their adult sister was in the water and had been consuming alcohol.

But that changes in August when Yakima County Sheriff's Deputies will begin wearing the body cams as they are commonly called in the industry.

The truck has been at the sheriff's evidence facility on South 1st Street since then and authorities have been searching for clues.
