The Biggest Lies People Tell

I'm sure it's safe to say that we live in a politically correct society, and that comes with a certain attitude of trying our best not to offend someone. What I don't understand is why we go out of our way to lie to people? Here's a list of lies we've heard this past year.

• You get this one, next one's on me.
• Well, we can still be good friends.
• Go ahead, he's never bitten anybody.
• Then you take a left, you can't miss it.
• I've never done anything like this before!
• It's delicious but I can't eat another bite.
• Go ahead, you can tell me, I won't get mad.
• That baby is just beautiful!
• I'm just a social drinker.
• Put that map away, I know how to get there.
• You don't need it in writing, it's my personal guarantee!
• Its alright, it happens to everyone.
